Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways Acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” We are living in interesting times, with the election coming up, and the turmoil in the Middle East, we wonder that is going on? If you factor in all that the uncertainties of our own lives, it can create very hectic life circumstances. In the midst of all these challenges, we have to make a decision, and that is to trust God in the areas that we cannot control. For the peace of God to rule in our hearts, we need to remember that “God’s got this!” Find your comfort and strength in the reality of God’s plan and power to provide the direction in our lives. Find your rest in a God who cares for you and will give you the direction you need from His word.
